Who You’ll Work With
You’ll work directly with Kameron Yellin, a listing-focused agent and team leader who built Yellin Real Estate through consistent prospecting, structure, and measurable systems.
You’ll have access to:

Full support from an experienced in-house TC team

What You Can Expect to Earn
This is a performance-driven opportunity — not a desk-fee model.
Split: 45/55 starting, scales with production and leadership
All marketing and TC support included
Expected Production: 3+ closings per quarter minimum
Potential Income: $80,000–$500,000+ annually depending on consistency
